• The wicks – Candles cannot produce light without a wick. You can find different types of wicks. The types you buy depend upon the type of candles you are making.
• Heating tools – As you start your homemade candles project, buy a cheap heating source. You could use a stove because you have it at home.
• Choose colors – Candles come in different colors. As mentioned above, you are free to adjust the colors of your products. Some candles you can find in stores have too much color. If you do not like the idea, you could add just a tiny bit of color.
• Choose the fragrance – You are free to add just a bit of fragrance or a lot of it. Other people cannot stand very scented candles. Therefore, you just need to make your products differently.
• The mold – You want to buy the mold from the store because of quality. This is not very necessary if you are just starting. You could learn how to make the molds yourself.
